Is Your Video Stopping & Starting? The recommended way to remedy constant stopping & starting is to pause the video in the beginning for a minute or two so the buffer gets a sizable head start, and then watch the video.
If a video doesn't play continuously, it may be due to your connection speed. We recommend a broadband connection with 500+ Kbps for the best viewing experience. If your connection speed is less than 500 Kbps, we suggest that you stop the video and wait until at least half or the entire video finishes buffering before playing the video. It is also possible that your video download speed is slow or inconsistent because your ISP servers are experiencing high traffic, which sometimes affects the speed.
